1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Promotion begins 12:00 a.m. ET 3/28/2010, ends 11:59 p.m. ET 9/5/2010 (“Promotion Period”). A total of approximately 100,000 entry cards will available at 500 participating KYMCO USA dealerships and at all IZOD IndyCar Series Race Events in the USA in the IZOD IndyCar Series Fan Zone during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. A random drawing at the promotion end will be held to award all prizes .
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY: KYMCO “Live Like an IZOD IndyCar Series Driver” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older at time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail address. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of KYMCO USA (“Sponsor”); its parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and advertising and promotional agencies; and suppliers involved in promotion; and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of such employees are not eligible.
   
   
3. HOW TO PLAY: Pick up an entry card at a participating KYMCO USA dealership or in the IZOD IndyCar Series Fan Zone at all IZOD IndyCar Series Race Events in the USA during the Promotion Period. Look for the silver foil scratch off on the entry card. Scratch off the foil to reveal your entry code (“Entry Code”). To enter for a chance to win, log on to www.livelikeanindycardriver.com and follow the online instructions.
   
   HOW TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY CODE DUE TO A DAMAGED ENTRY CARD: Send in a self-addressed, stamped envelope with name, address, city, state and zip code to: KYMCO Live Like An IZOD IndyCar Series Driver Sweepstakes Entry Code Request, KYMCO USA, 5 Stan Perkins Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. VT residents may omit return postage. Limit One (1) request per postmarked envelope. Mailed in entries must be postmarked by 9/1/10 and received by 9/8/10.
   
   Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person, only the first entry received will be considered valid. Entrants must fully complete and submit all required fields on the online entry form to be eligible.
   
   
4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize: “Live Like an IZOD IndyCar Series Driver” Weekend trip for a winner and one (1) guest – total two (2) - to the season finale race at Homestead-Miami Speedway (9/30/10 – 10/03/10), including First Class airfare provided by AirTran, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights, two (2) race tickets along with VIP access. Eligibility restrictions may apply to some portions of the prize. These restrictions may include (but are not limited to) winner and guest being at least 18 years of age, presenting valid government-issued photo identification, and signing required consent and liability releases. (A.R.V.: $6500). 1st Prize: KYMCO USA UXV 500 Side X Side Off Road Vehicle (A.R.V.: $8099). 2nd Prize (two 2nd prizes): KYMCO IZOD IndyCar Series Driver autographed Super 8 - 49cc Scooter (A.R.V.: $1999 each). 3rd Prize (100 3rd prizes): IZOD IndyCar Series or Indianapolis Motor Speedway Branded Apparel selection (100 Shirts) (A.R.V.: $25 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $20,000.  Potential prize winners will be randomly selected on or about 9/5/10 from all eligible entries received.  Grand, first and second prize winners will be notified by traceable method of delivery and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Public Release (except where prohibited) within 7 days of attempted notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner.  In the event of noncompliance with these official rules, or a prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
   
   
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Only one grand prize will be awarded. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. 1st and 2nd Prize Vehicle Winners: Vehicles will be delivered to the KYMCO dealership closest to the winner’s residence. Winner must take delivery within 30 days of notification of availability or prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for the cost of any vehicle options as agreed to between winner and the KYMCO dealership to which vehicle will be delivered.
              
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within the time specified or prize will be forfeited. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail; any technical problems; malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, or hardware/software; lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; satellite or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; war (declared or undeclared); terrorist threat or activity; or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation or order of any court or jurisdiction; infection by computer virus; unauthorized intervention; technical failures or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line. In the event of cancellation Sponsor, in its discretion, will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in these Official Rules. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of South Carolina in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of South Carolina.
